So this is pretty much the design of a Smoker that I am currently making. Instead of a trashcan I am using a 55 gallon drum, the galvanizing of the trash cans scared me off that route.
I hope to get this completed sometime soon. I still need to find a BBQ Grill plate as the one I meant to use was a little to big.
Hopefully soon I will be enjoying some nice smoked BBQ.
